The UK’s Climate Change Committee has made clear: we’re not doing enough to ensure all communities can adapt and thrive. Right now, the burden falls hardest on under-resourced communities. But there are ways to more proactively meet this challenge.

The Weathering Observatory exists to change this. We’re a research and investigations organisation that helps you translate data into community empowerment and protection. We partner with NGOs, local authorities, and community groups to identify vulnerabilities, understand risks, and build power and resilience where it’s needed most - particularly in under-resourced areas. Our work spans research, data tools and training - whatever helps you act.
